DESCRIPTION

A concert in total darkness that hopes to keep our own, personal, light on.

The Municipal Theatre of Kavala, wishing to offer a special gift to the city this year just before the Christmas holidays, has chosen to close this artistic season with a unique event: the concert experience LEAVE THE LIGHT ON. Inspired by the original idea of Spoudaia Events, the theatre will host a special concert that takes place in total darkness. This allows the audience and performers to heighten their other senses and create shared memories through a different, immersive experience.

In the spirit of giving and inclusion, all ticket proceeds from this event will be donated to support local organizations with a proven track record of inspiring and contributing to the community. The beneficiaries will be selected by the public through an open online vote.

The featured artist is the exceptional Fotis Siotas, whose work, attitude, and voice have shone brightly over the past few years. Alongside two talented musicians, he will create a magical evening on the stage of Antigone Valakou, specially crafted for the city’s audience. It promises to be an unforgettable night of enchantment.

Pre-sale of tickets daily: 11.00 – 14.00 & 18.00 – 20.00 at the Visitor Information Centre of the Municipality of Kavala (former EOT) Central Square: tel: 2510-620566.
